What a coordination scope may cover
An application management inquiry may cover package preparation, document collection, professional coordination, municipal submission support where authorized and available, follow-up, and responses to comments. Construction estimate and contractor coordination requests are also subject to an agreed scope and availability. An inquiry does not automatically include a formal review or report.

The Online Paid Permit Review Process
For selected project categories, a paid Permit Review provides a readiness report based on the information and documents you submit. It does not include application management, municipal submission, construction estimates, or professional design services.
1. Describe the project
Use the existing introductory questionnaire to select your municipality and project category. Its automated guidance is not a professional assessment or report.
2. Save and request a paid review
Sign in to save the application, provide review details, and continue through the existing secure checkout. The quoted review price depends on the selected category.
3. Add available documents
Provide relevant plans, photos, city comments, or notes through your application when available.
4. Access the readiness report
Follow the PermitWave review in My Applications and access the report when it is ready. The dashboard does not track municipal application status.
The report workflow supports AI-assisted drafting with administrator editing and publication. Confirm the actual reviewer, turnaround, revisions, and refund terms before purchasing. Municipal fees and required professional services are separate.
Municipal Decisions Remain with the Authorities
PermitWave does not issue permits, guarantee approval, or promise faster municipal review. Requirements depend on the municipality and project. Required regulated services must be provided by appropriately qualified professionals.
